Growth powered by one simple customer philosophy:
Make
Someone's
Day
Erin Richardson is the owner of
third-generation All-American Pest Control
in Nashville, TN.
Since purchasing the company in 2012 from her father, she has organically grown her business resulting in placement on PCT’s Top 100 List and the Inc. 5000 list in 2019 and 2020.
This growth has been fueled with one simple customer philosophy: “Make Someone’s Day.”
Team as family =
graceful growth

All-American believes in growing its team through strategic cross-training, relentless professional and personal development and a mentorship program that leads to regular promotions from within.
When Erin isn’t working, she’s likely hanging with her husband and their three sons and loving on their three goldendoodles.
She loves yoga, reading, coffee, art, and nice long walks outside.
